We understand that family plans can change, and we strive to offer flexible options to accommodate your needs.
Need to Reschedule a Camp Session?
We’re happy to help you switch to a similar camp session (e.g., morning to morning). If the new session has a higher tuition cost, the difference will be due at the time of transfer. Any tuition already paid will be credited to your family account.
Can’t Attend Camp This Summer?
If camp no longer fits your schedule, we’ll issue an account credit for the tuition paid. This credit can be applied to future camp sessions, classes, workshops, or private lessons.
Need a Refund?
Tuition refunds are available upon request. Refunds will be issued minus any promotional discounts applied and a $25 processing fee if requested before June 1st. A $50 procession fee will be applied if requested after June 1st.
